Created to help local businesses get access to some of the skills and creative thinking normally associated with large design agencies and even larger budgets.
Founded by me in 2023, my mission is provide these services in an affordable subscription model that can help even the newest of businesses to flourish.

How does the pause/cancel option work?Everything about Brandlama has been created to make your life easier. You simply let us know you want to pause and we'll do the rest. Your subscription continues from where you left off as soon as you need us again. If you want to cancel, we won't spend hours asking why. Just cancel your subscription and it ends right there and then. You won't be entitled to any work after the cancellation date and no refunds will be issued so make sure that's what you want to do.

How does the subscription work?Think about Netflix, Disney+, Hello Fresh or the Gym you visit. You pay a monthly fee and you get access to a service. It's the same with Brandlama. For a single monthly payment, you get to brief us on whatever designs you need doing - logos, branding, web pages, adverts, you name it. You can even pause or cancel the subscription at the click of a button so you don't have to worry about quiet periods or off-peak seasons. We'll work with you so you get the best out of our partnership.

Why do I need a design & branding service?I mean really this is a question only you can answer. What do you do about branding and design work now? If it's something you have to do yourself and you're not a design business, then all the time you're doing it, you're not doing what you're good at and what makes your business successful. By subscribing to Brandlama, you get a service that supports your growth and is available as and when you need it. It's free to talk to us about it and to find out if it's for you.

What about bespoke work?Everything we do is bespoke but our emphasis is on speed of delivery in order to help businesses scale. However, the subscription model allows us to work on anything you need doing. So, whether that is one project that takes 4 weeks to deliver or 30 projects that take 24 hours each, we can discuss options when we first meet.

You can't deliver a website design in 24 hours can you?Most of the time, no. However, at the point of briefing we'll discuss what you need and then break it down into sizeable chunks that can be delivered quickly. These count as "requests" and depending on your subscription plan, we can deliver them according to the given timescales. This means you are always making progress and you are always in the loop of any work you brief us on.

Is there a limit to the number of designs I can request?Technically, no but let's be reasonable... Brandlama will work with you to organise your requests by priority and ensure we deliver everything in the agreed timescales.
